I found Dr. Chen to be a wonderful doctor, he answered every concern I had very patiently, knowledgeable and caring. His nurse Rose also very much on the ball with whatever documents I needed filled or medicine prescribed. . His radiation team, kind, sympathetic and understanding how difficult treatment is. The lady who deals with insurance was very helpful with explanations and guidance as to how to navigate with payment.
