Very good Doctor never had a problem with him.
Very unprofessional staff and poor management. It’s a complete waste of time and money visiting this hospital. They make you wait forever, and then cancel your appointment at the last minute, saying they’re behind schedule. I’ve had multiple appointments canceled after waiting months to be seen. Extremely frustrating experience — they clearly don’t value their patients’ time.
I waited nearly three months for my appointment with Dr. Christopher Smith. After driving over an hour and dealing with parking issues and confusion at the front desk, I arrived just five minutes late. I then waited another 30 minutes in the lobby, only to be told by the nurse that they couldn’t see me because I was late. I explained my situation, but the nurse and staff were so unprofessional and showed no understanding or care. Very disappointing experience after waiting so long for this appointment.
I had a terrible experience! I had a sling and it came a lose within a year, My life has been destroyed dealing with this whole medical team! From the start I had taken sick, they gave me no help, instead of them correcting there mistake they threw me to the curve! And I’m still having problems, I don’t know what Dr to trust, now I have to deal with being sick! And I had small problems before surgery now I have big problems, urine leakage has gotten worse, I can’t save a penny , I work everyday, it’s sad that I work so hard ... read more
Dr. Smith is honestly one of the best doctors we've ever encountered. He is compassionate and listens intently to the patient. He has been an instrumental part of treating a rare disease when others have given up or written us off. I cannot recommend him enough!
