Yikes..called to make a new patient appointment, but receptionist was very flat and not even vaguely familiar with BBL (BroadBand Light therapy) - pretty alarming for an employee at a dermatology/plastic surgery practice. Based on the unwelcoming attitude, lack of knowledge from the person who is the first point of contact, and no availability for 6 weeks, I did not feel comfortable scheduling anything with this office.
I absolutely rate Dr. Savage and his staff with five stars or more! Everything about his personality and professionalism and knowledge was extremely appreciated. Dr. Savage explained everything he was going to do as he did it; it was totally pain-free and his nurse Alicia was very kind and caring. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Five stars across the board!!!

A consistently top notch experience with above & beyond dedication, commitment to extraordinary results, attention to detail, and exceptional patient satisfaction. 10+ stars also if possible for Alicia who is incredibly caring, competent, and compassionate. Dr. Chris Savage , is such an awesome doctor, surgeon, and person! whenever there is a surgery that needs to be performed, he makes you feel comfortable and confident. And his concerns are always his patients! I consider Dr. Savage, one of the very greatest!
