Good care by staff and Dr. Russo. Receptionist at front desk was a bit rude. Seemed to be on a personal phone call, from sound of it, with people checking in and out waiting. Also Dr Russo wanted an appointment the following Thurs. Or Fri and she said there was nothing open. And earliest would be Tues. When I said he wanted to see in a week, before.next surgery she just said it had to be Tues. Which was day before surgery. Wanted to check with Dr. to be sure ok and she was adamant it was ok.
