Dr. Vanhorn is very professional and is a very genuine, kind person, he has helped me for many years now and I can't thank him enough for all the things he has done for me during my life. I highly recommend him for those who need help and he will help give you the support you need.
Absolute terrible service from front office staff, called 4 days in advance of needing new prescription. Was sent straight to voicemail every single time, when asked to speak to Vanhorns assistant lady said “there’s nothing I can do to help you”. I don’t think I have ever experienced a front office staff as poor as vanhorns front office. On the other hand Dr. Vanhorn is a 5 star doctor I would recommend him to anyone with a kid who has anxiety or adhd.
