Until I moved out of state, Dr. Samuels was my primary physician for fourteen years. I didn't require his services very often as I've enjoyed excellent health. When I did see him, I found that he was an excellent listener and empathetic to my needs. The medical advice and care he offered was first class. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him as a doctor.
