Dr. Messi I is perfectly fine. But the practice itself stinks. I spent over 30 minutes filling out forms talking about what my problems were and when I got there the only thing they did was clean out the wax of my ear. Even though I said I’d need my hearing checked and had other issues they said I had to make a separate appointment for each probl and they were ignored. Dr. Medico is a very thorough professional and very pleasant to deal with.
As usual, Feldman ENT was great from beginning to end. It was easy to schedule an appointment and could be seen right away, even for a simple ear wax removal. The Barlow Building valet was very backed up receiving cars when I arrived for my appointment, but my late arrival caused no fuss at the office, I was taken back right away. The medical assistant removed the wax carefully and methodically causing me no pain; Dr. Messick couldn’t have done better. I have had ENTs at other practices do far worse.
