Dr. Henderson was dismissive and inconsiderate in my experience. I made a 45-minute drive to his office while in significant pain, only to have my appointment canceled without any prior notification or courtesy call. Given my condition, a brief check-in from the office or nursing staff would have been appropriate before canceling the appointment altogether. Wish I read more of his reviews, he is completely dismissive. I went in for a herniated disc. Dr. Henderson acted the whole time rushing like I was an inconvenience to him and was utterly rude. He kept trying to rush me out and kept walking toward the door while I was trying to ask questions. He gave zero advice or information at all. I was literally in with him for 3 minutes tops and left with no direction on where to go from here other than, if it doesn’t get better call him for surgery. My father had back problems for really long time, Henderson suggested surgery and it made his back even worse. My father met three more people who had the surgery done by Henderson and there all in worse condition. I'm thankful my husband and I do not live in this area cause I'm not letting him ever cut any of us open if we need more surgeries
Dr. Henderson did my lower back and it’s been lasting me now about six years or so and I might have to have him look at it again, but he did a fantastic job and it was during Covid when it first started.
