This being my first time leaving a review for any business, I have never felt more compelled to do so now. After my dentist retired recently, I carefully selected Dr. Chris Miller as a replacement after several recommendations. This was by far the most disappointing experience and waste of time by a medical professional and their staff. He showed absolutely no professionalism or empathy regarding my concerns and procedures. After having a bad experience with a well known dentist in Columbus I hit the jackpot with Dr. Chris Miller and assistant, Cheryl! I highly recommend.
New elderly patient for Dr. Miller. I'm thoroughly impressed with the staff and Dr. Miller. The hygienist put me at ease as did Dr. Miller. I'm so glad to know they are very proactive instead of reactive in their practice. I know my dental health is in good hands!.
When I first met Dr.Miller I told him please don't make me look like Mr. Ed the talking horse. Boy did he laugh, but he's a very good dentist to feel comfortable around.........
