I drove a total of 4.5 hours for a 2 minute consultation and I was told they can't help my friend. Could this not have been done over the phone? I've seen other reviews mentioning the same issue. I believe they are defrauding the Medicare system by setting up these consultations for people without insurance to simply say they can't help. As they get paid for each consultation through medicare. Again why couldn't this 2 miniute consultation been done over the phone since x rays were already provided. They make i t very difficult for someone to get ahold of them. No phone numbers, no e-mail. How do you run a business like that??? Feel sorry for someone that has an emergency.
