SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL they hang the phone up on you don’t send prescriptions on time then don’t even tell you when they do send it. p.s they sent one of my prescriptions to one pharmacy to a different one why didn’t they send it to the same one idk. always “too busy to call back even though the waiting room barely has people you have to keep calling yourself. they don’t seem to care about patients anymore they just walk in to collect a check but, theses are our lives they playing with. this lack of care is gonna hurt someone ... read more

I called to set up a follow up upon being discharged from Christian Northwest Hospital, and the receptionist answered the phone, but swiftly put me on hold before gathering any information. She never returned from keeping me on hold. So I called back 30 mins later, whereas an unknown associate picked up, then instantly put me on hold without even answering. I held for 44 mins, until an imposter Dr. Perry answered and dismissed the call, discriminatory without even ... read more
