Should not be practicing! My husband ended up in the emergency room hours after Dr. Hicks did an outpatient procedure gone very wrong. ( He never even came out to talk to me afterward). My husband ended up staying in hospital for nearly 3 weeks in kidney failure from this botched procedure.
I was extremely happy with Dr. Hicks. Did 2 separate emergency surgeries in 10 year span. No issues whatsoever!!
