Had implant done by Dr. Campus and it failed twice! I’m out thousands of $$$$$! Went to an actual oral surgeon, half the cost and perfect
I called to make an appointment as a returning customer for a routine cleaning. The representative informed me that my dental insurance (United Healthcare) was not accepted. She began listing alternative dentists in St.Johns and Jacksonville Beach. I told her that was hilarious and she asked me, “What’s so funny?” and promptly hung up. Real nice. I would have appreciated legitimate suggestions if they weren’t 400 miles away. I’m not sure if the girl was trying to be facetious or if she genuinely has never seen a map.
