A great doctor who listens and spends time with his patients to help them improve their health.
Dr. Boni is efficient and professional. He can get to the root of the problem quickly and has a genuine concern for his patients. I do not recall a time when I had to sit and wait long periods after my appointment time to be seen. He listens.
I have been with Dr. Boni for years. He's great, and he's the only reason why I switched to Summit medical. Although, Summit medical and the doctor's office is one of the worst customer service there is in the medical industry. Lab scripts are incorrect or never sent, etc. The list is long over the years, but the root cause is usually negligence. I wish the doctor would leave this wretched group.
Right now I am going through a very difficult time. Dr. Boni took time out of his busy schedule and called me after hours on the same day I called his office. We spoke for quite a while. I felt as if I was talking to a loving brother. He is a kind gentleman. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you so much Dr Boni. May God bless you.
