I have had no problems of having to wait. Everyone has been very nice. I just had 1 cateract done and followed up the next day and I had no waiting to be seen.

This place takes WAYYYY too long. Waiting room full waiting on 1 doctor. 15 min appt will take you an hour and a half.

Long wait time, zero apologies or professionalism. I came in on October 30th for an eye exam. The first visit was okay despite waiting 25 minutes after being taken in. They ordered me contact lenses without informing me of being charged $150 but I ate the cost since I blamed myself for not asking. The left contact did not work so I scheduled an appointment on November 27th at 9 AM. I got there by 8:55, they took me in at 9:06 and then proceeded to sit there until 9:40 when I went up to the front desk. FORTY MINUTES OF WAITIN... read more

The care is fine, but expect to be there a long time for your appointment. My mother's appointment was at 3:30pm. They took her in at 3:20 and we weren't finished until 5pm. The treatment time is less than 15 minutes, but the waiting time . . . . This is the norm. It's happened almost every time we go there.
