At the time my appointment was scheduled, I specifically said I needed a prescription for contact lenses and was unable to get them after paying for the refraction. I feel as if I was deceived, even though I made it very clear to the front desk staff that it was a contacts prescription that I need it and not eyeglass prescription. It saddens me that this problem went unrectified since it was my very first appointment at this facility.
