I had a deeply disappointing experience at Dr. Christopher King’s dental office that has left me questioning their ethics and business practices. Initially, I was quoted an astronomical $1,415 for a crown (D2740) and $344 for a core buildup (D2954), far exceeding the typical range of $800–$1,000 for crowns at in-network Delta Dental PPO providers. They used broken equipment on me and caused me to get a severe throat infection and refuse to admit anything that has to do with them being in the wrong and they refuse to treat my infected throat. They don’t care to make anything right because they believe they are perfect and they’re not☹️
All there equipment is broken and they don’t care. They don’t care about the more sensitive patience. For example if you are sensitive in the mouth they’ll gaslight you saying they know what they’re doing. It’s like you’re not allowed to be the 3% of people who have sensitivity. They don’t care about the 3% if you are not tough enough they won’t tolerate you. NO EMPATHY
Great service! Amazing people! And fair price's. I love when you go to a appointment and you feel like you are seen and not Invisible. 10/10 Highly recommended.
