The facility was very nice and Dr Jayne was extremely personal and professional. He made me feel comfortable and communicated openly about all my options.
I went to see Dr Jayne after months of battling severe bladder pain. I sat in the exam room a long time with a full bladder and in pain because they wanted to do a urine sample via catheter. I told them my bladder was full and I was in a lot of pain yet I still waited there for a long time. My next visit was a cystoscopy. No warning on how I would feel after that exam! when no other diagnosis could be reached Dr Jayne called me and told me to google interstitial cystitis and call him back in a few days for my thoughts .
