Enough is enough. Unacceptable response time for scripts needing refills. I've called my rx in by phone Monday morning of this week after having my pharmacy already trying to do so electronically multiple times in the weeks prior with no response. Here I am having to call again on Thursday for the third time to see what the hold up is to again be told my request has been submitted and is awaiting Dr. Zajac's approval. I have been going to Dr. Zajac for 5+ years, he has been an excellent physician, he explains everything clearly and concisely and ensures you leave informed and rest assured. I heared Dr. Zajac has retired, but was going to stick with the Potomac physicians till they scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks out, then after waiting for 3 weeks they called and canceled the day before my appointment, and wanted me to reschedule for an appointment a month away. I've gone to Dr. Zajac for many many years. He's a great and caring doctor. 5 stars for him if I could see him. The last few times I've called, I cannot get an appointment. What's worse is the tone and treatment by the rudest staff on the phone. Just horrible customer service. I wonder if Dr. Z knows that he is losing patients because of the people at the desk. Such a shame.
