WOW! I didn't know caring and committed doctors still existed! Dr Varughese is thorough and concerned and will call you with test results and call you back if you have questions. His staff is kind, and accommodating. God Bless him! This is updated: I do still love Dr Varughese and his staff but whatever they did about the phone service needs to be changed asap! You literally can wait up to 2 hours to get through on the phone! I gave up and just went to the office to schedule an appointment.
The doctor's office was full of wonderful staff that were all willing to help me and make sure my first time at the office was pleasant. From the front desk to the nurse inside flawless. At all times they were upfront about wait time and any information that I needed. The doctor was very thorough about my chart, meds. and future plan to keep me and my heart on track. Very pleased and looking forward to more visits and the proper care I need to keep me up and running.
I wish there were a million and more stars to award Dr. Varughese. He’s absolutely an expert in his field.
