I saw Dr. Mancuso last month for some hip pain I was having. I brought my husband to the appointment with me - the dr was brief but relatively helpful. Told me it should resolve on its own, take anti inflammatories and rest. I did that for over a month, and now the pain is worse and different now. I went back without my husband this time and this was a completely different experience. He talked over me the whole time. Excellent surgeon and bedside manner. Patient over 20 years.
I've never met a more POMPOUS and arrogant person in my life! Dr. Mancuso's bedside manner is awful. He barely spent a minute with me on both appointments (thought I'd give him another chance after the first visit). Confirmed a 5th metatarsel fracuture (Jones fracture) and put me in a boot and crutches - non-weight bearing the first 4 weeks. Said nothing about any exercises I could do while in the boot. Dr. Mancuso barely checked my right knee. He told me I have arthritis and gave me an injection and said I didn't have to come back! Later I got the results of my MRI and have a FEW knee problems, one being a complex tear of lateral meniscus. I will not return to Dr. Mancuso and cannot recommend him.
Dr. Mancuso was short, cold and super arrogant. He barely looked at my leg & told me I did not need to come back for me to be told that I will be healed. I will heal. He unprofessional and huffy and it was a complete waste of my time and money and a pointless visit. I cannot recommend him to others.
Dr mancuso beside manner was horrible... he was very impersobable. His explanation of the surgery he was about to prefirm on ne was very unprofessional!!!
