Not very compassionate. Brought parents to see dr Frocillo when we noticed the signs of dementia and asked them to keep it confidential so they would be diagnosed. When we got in the room the nurse through us under the bus and told them that we made the appointment and the dr told them that there was nothing wrong with them.
