I could not be happier. Although I was not pleased to learn surgery was recommend, Dr. Bruce put me at easy with his knowledgeable and professional explanation. He answered all my questions and concerns in a relaxed and easy to understand manner. Additionally he took the time to call me pre-operative to answer a question I had and post-op he called me at home to check on my status. I unequivocally recommend Dr. Bruce!!
The most thoughtful, principled and patient physician I have had in a very long time. I have serious hemorroids and was fearful of what I was facing. Dr Bruce calmed me down, described in detail that my issues could be dealt with via diet and other changes. He spent over 40 minutes with me and answered all my questions on various options RBL vs HAL, THD etc. He did not push any procedures, but said they are available if I choose. I wouldn’t recommend him to any female friends. Very inappropriate doctor. Not sure how he’s been with other young patients but we will NEVER NEVER use him or recommend him to ANYONE.
