Your front desk and the people answering your phones are the face of your business. Very unfriendly and bad attitude over the phone.
Dr Bassett is great, he took his time and made me feel comfortable. After two bad experiences at other pediatricians I am relieved to finally have somewhere to take my son that I feel good about. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming.
