I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist today. She was curt and unhelpful from the start, making it unnecessarily difficult to schedule an appointment. When she asked what tests I had done, I explained that I have not had any yet—my primary care physician referred me due to ongoing stomach issues. Last week I had an appointment to meet with the PA since my last procedure5 years ago. My experience was horrendous when I entered to register. There was one employee only and several kiosks. The employee loudly announced to use the kiosk. Twice I made the attempt after she insisted I use the kiosk even though I told her twice I did not know how to use it. This was all new to me.
