Super friendly and ethical dentist and team. I have great experience with Dr. Hsia and the hygienist Wendy. Dr. Hsia does my Botox and dental work with excellent care as always. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
I was looking for a new dentist as my previous one was too far. I'm so glad I found Dr. Hsia and his team. Everyone is so kind, and Dr. Hsia has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever met. He had to deliver some bad news about a tooth and was so thoughtful and supportive when telling me and when following up. His attention to detail is also a strength. I have been seeing Dr Hsia for several years now. I followed him over from when he was working at a different practice. I can say that he is the best dentist I have seen in Vancouver. I used to dread going to the dentist after bad experiences with cavities as a kid. After visiting Dr Hsia, most of my apprehensions went away. He is very calm and caring during the whole process. Dr. Hsia has incredible bedside manners at the same time is incredibly thorough in his work. As a new patient coming from another dentist I was not happy with, it is a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend Dr. Hsia to anyone looking for a change.
