Do not trust this practice that is all about money. Money driven They first take your money, don’t do the job, never refund you 👎👎👎
I was very disappointed with my experience. this practice seems to be more focused on money than on customer service. I paid for treatment that I never received, even though I cancelled my appointment a week in advance. Olivia and Victoria both assured me they would organise a refund, but despite those assurances, the refund never happened. I would not recommend this practice.
Dr Ho did not refund me the $200 that I was promised to receive it back. I have emails confirming that they will refund me but they never did.
