I first came in for a consultation with Dr Ho after already having spent a substantial amount of money on dental work at my local dentist. He broke the news that three of my crowns would need to be redone, explaining clearly what was wrong with them, their current state, and what treatment he recommended. He provided a quote and, kindly, also offered a report of his findings to help me pursue recouping some of the costs from my previous dentist, which he later emailed to me. Dr Ho and his team are amazing. Throughout my complex procedures I felt valued as a patient, safe, in good hands and most of all knew that Dr Ho was the best specialist for my needs. And I had extensive work done. His whole team are so lovely, welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable. I feel sad that my journey has come to an end, but will be back next year for more. I don’t recommend this practice.
Professional, caring and attentive to every detail. Dr Ho did an amazing job replacing veneers on four front teeth and they look very natural. All staff excellent.
