If I could give zero, I would. Tumors were discovered in my husband's liver on 3/12/25. No biopsy was done until 4/1/25. We saw the biopsy results via MyChart on 4/14/25 and called the office. We discussed going to Siteman in St. Louis with Christopher Hanson and he told us he'd had 5 patients die waiting to get into Siteman. We saw a Dr. at Siteman on 4/24/25 (we called ourselves). Staff is horrible and disrespectful, doesn't actually treat you..... won't actually get to know you as a patient. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to see these untrained and unknowledgable people. Will be reporting to the state boards and IDPH.

Doctor Hanson gave me a script a count of 60 my insurance wouldn't pay for the whole thing so I had to pay for the difference, called them and they said for me to talk with Dr. Hanson I explained to them that he needed to talk with them peer to peer so this way I could get the money back that was spent on the script. They called me back stating that he doesn't do that? If you are his patient he should work with your insurance I'm really starting to think he isn't the right one for me, have APPOINTMENT on the 4th of September... read more
