Staff is horrible and disrespectful, doesn't actually treat you..... won't actually get to know you as a patient. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to see these untrained and unknowledgable people. Will be reporting to the state boards and IDPH.
Doctor Hanson gave me a script a count of 60 my insurance wouldn't pay for the whole thing so I had to pay for the difference, called them and they said for me to talk with Dr. Hanson I explained to them that he needed to talk with them peer to peer so this way I could get the money back that was spent on the script. They called me back stating that he doesn't do that? If you are his patient he should work with your insurance I'm really starting to think he isn't the right one for me, have APPOINTMENT on the 4th of September... read more
I go to doctor Hanson, his receptionist & faculty has always been patient and great to work with, they do get bombarded time to time which is ( completely understandable ).. for someone who does such great work, you may have to wait a few minutes..but I don't find that to be a issue for my visits , because a great provider is extremely hard to find
