I went to Dr. Tom for a consultation for braces. While the overall friendliness of the team was good, I didn't like the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr. Tom after my appointment. Setting appointments serve a purpose. When he finally addressed me instead of walking me through a treatment plan I was referred to someone else to do veneers. I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I feel I must. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chris Tom for Invisalign treatment for 7 years, even though I was told treatment would take 4 years. Despite diligently wearing the Invisalign, I’ve seen no significant improvement. Appointments are often rushed and delayed — I arrive on time but wait 30–60 minutes. I’m told to continue wearing Invisalign with no end date in sight, scans are redone, new aligners attached, and nothing changes. My dental work is ... read more
