Dr. Tom and team are currently looking after my daughter’s orthodontics. We have been going for 15 months and they have always been very kind and professional, always on time with appointments and very clear with instructions. I will be bringing my second daughter here for her braces when the time comes.
I've been seeing Dr Tom and his excellent staff for years now. Dr Tom is patient, thorough, explains things in language you can understand. He's gentle, and makes you feel comfortable, he listens I can't say enough about the staff starting with Rosie Rose, and Ivy. Trust me they a absolutely wonderful team
I've come to this orthodontist for two teenagers of mine. The experience has always been good. There's two receptionists that are pretty helpful and another that seems like she doesn't like her job,however its not enough for me to stop coming here. Everyone else is very friendly and my kids have felt comfortable which is the most important in my opinion. My daughter has already taken her braces off and her teeth are beautiful.
