We had a terrible experience with Dr. McKeand at Now Care. He not only didn't listen, he interrupted almost every sentence I attempted. He was condescending and dismissive. I had a concern about my child spreading the flu but rather than address that he (incorrectly) explained my school's attendance policy. The child I took to see him is my youngest of three, so I have 22 years experience taking children to the pediatrician. In all those years I have never been treated so poorly.
Super rude and very arrogant. If you want every diagnosis of your child to be VIRAL, then he’s your guy. Would never recommend him.
Dr. Mckeand will be my favorite doctor forever! He was extremely kind to me and answered all my questions. He was also very helpful and compassionate. I would 100% recomend him to everyone
