I absolutely love Dr mondello, APRN Donna Perkins, Holly who does the referrals and the rest of the staff. I have been going here for 5 years now and have always gotten the best treatment! Whether it's getting an appointment or a referral. They have all helped me get through so many very serious life-threatening medical issues! I can't believe the bad reviews people are leaving. Used to be reasonably mediocre, but after the acquisition by max health, they can't even pull off mediocre. Disorganized and inconsiderate of their patients time. One appointment rescheduled at the last minute by the provider to a virtual appointment with a provider I've never met, Two scheduled appointments, one for lab, one for physical were not booked correctly, resulting in missed work for no reason. They are inconsiderate of time and disorganized. After 3 years, I've had enough, time to find another provider.
I just started to go here an the place is great! Miss donna is amazing an so are the other Drs are super nice! An talk to you as human an not in it for the wrong reasons! The place an staff are great ! An the buisness is super clean an comfortable! God bless
I've been going to Mondello clinic for years. I've been seeing Ms. Donna Perkins at my appointments and she is absolutely AMAZING!! They get me in for my appointment quick and conveniently. I have gotten wonderful care and service there. I'm beyond extremely happy with everything they do for me & grateful that she continues to work with me in trying to figure out what will work best for me.
