Like another reviewer here, I too was referred to Dr. Wiggs for my pregnancy/delivery. He has been very kind and informative since my first visit. Through part of my pregnancy, I had a few complications and also issues that needed to be closely monitored via ultrasound. Dr. Wiggs is an excellent physician. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very compassionate. Angie, his nurse, is equally caring. Dr. Wiggs is a skilled surgeon and very thorough. He is never rushed when seeing you and will answer any and all questions you may have. Without a doubt, one of the best doctors in Jackson.
Dr. Wiggs is WONDERFUL!!! I was one of his first patients and have been with him ever since. When I was pregnant I developed some complications so I spent 2 days a week visiting him and his staff for about a month. They were all so great and caring. He was very thorough with my husband and I about what could happen and I believe that he is the reason we have a healthy little boy today! I am so lucky to have him as a doctor.
I was referred to Dr. Wiggs by my gynocologist when I became pregnant. At week 30, I developed serious complications. I spent a good bit of the next 6 weeks in the hospital. I saw Dr. Wiggs with great frequency. He was kind and compassionate and a skilled physician. He was very thorough and cautious with my health care and genuinely concerned about the health of my unborn son. My husband and I feel that Dr. Wiggs is the reason we have a healthy baby today and that I am here to watch that baby grow.
He is a nice guy, but he is a very cold doctor. He is always rushed, and I always felt like everything I said was hitting a brick wall. He also has a high c-section rate, so beware. Personally, I will be looking for a new doctor who listens to what I say and responds with sincerity.
