Never even had a visit with this doctor, finally did get an appointment scheduled 4months out after my other PCP left this facility however, this new PCP stopped the medication that I’ve been on and has side effects for abruptly being stopped. Yes, I am very upset. Could not get them to open my records and look to see what is going on My gastrologist has sent them records. I've been with Dr Coppola since 2012. One of the most caring doctors I've had. Calm and attentive demeanor. Listens well. Asks questions. Discusses alternatives and makes it easy to understand what he is saying. Even takes time to ask about your non-medical life- your travels, your hobbies... (What other doctor takes the time to do that?) Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr. Coppola for 5 or 6 years now. He has a wonderful bedside manner he really listens and gives you your time and as much as you need. He has managed to keep me alive and that's a challenge . His staff is attentive and they make a great team. His recommendations and specialists you need are all also good doctors and that's important when you are not in his view you don't have to worry he's sent you to good hands . I would recommend him to anyone.

My first appointment was not very pleasant. The office was decent, not great, most of the staff were friendly. I had one bad encounter with a Nurse Practitioner, Gina, who exploded up out of her chair and ran out of the room yelling she can't treat me and I need to see someone else, which was fine with me. I did not meet Dr Coppola but I saw a Dr Ruiz, who was very nice, patient, thorough and gave me the Rx I was after. My Ins Co has only this one Dr in all Vero Beach. I will switch plans.

Had a x ray 3 weeks ago after repeated calls for results no answer. Picked up X rays form Indian river radiology and took them to Sabastian River. Read x ray next day with orthopedist and had my wrist stabilized for 2 weeks. Stabilizing did not relieve pain emailed them prior to appt. and they called me within 3 hours of next working day with appt. the same day. Had appt. the very next day and scheduled me for MRIwithin 2 days due to insurers needing to approve.

In the interest of full disclosure: this review is more of a review of the COMPLETE practice rather than just Dr. C Coppola. I know some of the heartbreaking backstory BUT; there are patients that depend on YOU! My Mom is 84 and lots of medical history. Every time she is seen she is switched to someone else without her knowledge. They don't know her history so "things" have been missed. Phone calls to the NURSES do not get returned in a timely matter, IF AT ALL! Medications are not called in!
