This Dr gave me a discharge summary for a procedure he didn't even do! June 10, 22. He charged my insc for the procedure even after telling me I had to reschedule. He lied on my diagnosis when he didn't even look at my body. Falsified reports. Has no morals. Nobody seems to care. The hospital and insc did nothing. My word against his. He claimed to administer pain meds which I never saw. What happened to them? I was told he simply has no ethics!! Unbelievable!
