Dr. Cheng is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I was referred to him with the concern that I may have sleep apnea. At my first appointment, Dr. Cheng patiently listened to my history of health issues as well as my husband's worry about my snoring and gasping for breath at times during my sleep. He suggested I have a sleep study overnight test to confirm his belief of my diagnosis of sleep apnea. I was very surprised and in disbelief that the results showed I had severe sleep apnea. Update: The Dr. reached out directly to me after the below. So I bumped them up a star... Looks like he really cares. They are too busy to call you back... You have to call them. The receptionist says "I have 5 calls ahead of you, you will need to hold" This was the first thing out of her mouth. Then I say "Can you please call me back?" She says "no, you will need to call us back" Very unprofessional in my opinion. Not reflective of the doctor, but if you can't get to the Dr., what good are they?
