I am writing to share my experience with Christopher Vates, MD, at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Unfortunately, my visit to the emergency department left me feeling very disappointed and offended. I was a patient in the ER Monday night. Dr Vates is an amazing Dr. Drs like this just dont seem to exist anymore. More Drs should have the bedside manner, compassion, and all around skills of this man. It might have been a terrible set of circumstances on me meeting him but after so much suffering he really got me in the right direction. I will be forever grateful to him 5 stars
