I had a fever, severe chills, sever back ache and high heart rate when I went in to see Dr. Madden. He diagnosed me with a common cold/flu, gave me some meds for the back pain and told me to rest. The following morning I was much worse so I called the office hoping to speak to his assistant. In the end I had to leave a message. After 6 hours of no phone call back and only feeling worse I went to the ER and was admitted to the hospital for a kidney infection. I was in the hospital for over 3 days. Well, I don't really rembember him.. He delivered My twin brother and I, My mother still talks about him as one of the best doctors, and I have the picture he took with My brother and I sitting in my room, I am proud to announce I was his first set of twins to deliver, and we came out perfect :) 14 years, :)))

My family has seen Dr. Madden for years. We think he is terrific. We have never had an issue with him. He may be thorough, but he cares about his patients and wants to make sure they have the best treatment available.

Dr. Madden was very kind to my daughter, had good rapport with both of us, was very knowledgeable and got the problem solved.

During my visit I felt that I was treated poorly.I would probably not recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was a complete waste of time and money.Overall I would rate this visit : mediocre.
