I have been with Dr. Whitney for years now and of course he still doesn't seem to care. First I had a lump in my breast he never contacted me about, and I still haven't heard from him after another clinic telling him there was something wrong with my heart. I almost died but Thanks to Northwest Health I lived. Thank you Dr whitney for years of letting me down. Please don't go to him young or old.
Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Whitney was is a great doctor who explains your options and the pros and cons of each, while giving his viewpoint on the best path forward, and what to look out for.
I called to see about getting a new primary provider, as my doctor transferred somewhere else. Online, the site said Dr. Whitney was accepting new patients. The office person asked about my insurance coverage and after answering, I was asked how old i was. When she received that answers he said. "He is not accepting new patients. I mentioned age duscrimination and did check whether my insurance was the pro lem and I am in network. Just thought i would report on my experience. Very friendly staff. It's like everyone in this office genuinely cares about each patient. Dr Whitney really takes the time to listen, and does everything to make sure he gives the care each patient really needs.
