I kindly request Dr Poon’s reception not to refer to Dr Ivy Tan (Victorian Oral Medical Specialist suite 8 Level 1 264 Springvale Rd Glen waverley). Unfortunately I had a highly disappointing experience. The fees charged were not clearly explained and my concerns were not adequately addressed. It was unfair and unjustified. Chloe was quite rude. I had 4 wisdoms removed by Dr Poon and it was a pleasant and smooth process. I had some concerns of nerve damage due to the placement of my wisdoms and it was well explained and taken care of. Dr Poon was very accomodating to my needs and so were the receptionists - thank you!
Had a large back tooth with inflamed nerves removed today, very happy as it didnt take too long, very professional and answered all my concerns, highly recommend !
I had three wisdom teeth removed this week by Dr Chris Poon at a private hospital. The initial consultation was quick and easy, and the receptionist, Bronte, was very easy to deal with when making appointments and gathering information for the surgery. 5 days post op and I have very little swelling, and minimal pain. Chris was clearly very gentle and thorough during the surgery.
I had an unfortunate experience with Dr Poon for a complex tooth extraction, on my first appointment he seemed reasonable and listened to me and reassured me and was very understanding. However, when the day arrived for the dental surgery, he totally switched his behaviour, he was arrogant, angry and dismissive, he seemed fed up and treating me like I’m not a human being.
