Dr Benness seemed like a nice person, but as a surgeon seemed a little behind the times. He was great in diagnosing my problem, but the solution suggested was not optimal. I had a rather large fibroid impacting my bladder, and his recommendation was a hysterectomy with a large cut like a C section. As a women under 40, this was very hard to hear. After more research, I found a different Dr who came highly recommended. The fibroid was removed laparoscopically with minimal invasiveness, and resulted in a quick recovery. Always... read more
