I don’t know what standard procedure is for when a doctor loses a patient. My husband had been ill, hospitalized and passed away and not one word from Dr Espana. He was his primary care physician. We got more empathy from the doctor in ICU. Very disillusioned with the medical profession. I guess we are just what they can bill.
