Dr Christopher Arnold gave the absolute bare minimum of effort and acted as if he did not care at all. I was just a woman crying about a period to him. Nevermind the fact that the gyn office told me to go to the ER, he said "labs were normal you're fine". I asked if I was just supposed to keep bleeding until I can be seen weeks from now and he responded with "Well I can do an examination on you here but it'll just be messy, invasive, and I don't know what I'm doing but if that's what you want..." I was seen by Dr. Arnold in the ER for an umbilical hernia. I understand the stress and scrutiny ER doctors are placed under, but the entire visit seemed very rushed as if he wanted me out of there ASAP. He gave me morphine for the intense pain I was in, then hastily dug around in my belly button before the meds could even take effect. After failing to force the the hernia back into my belly button, he prescribed me a low dosage pain killer & sent me home to wait it out until I could get an appointment with a surgeon.
