Horrible customer service. The manager of staffing was very rude and made it acceptable for her employees to be rude to the patients I was out of state and had an issue didn't realize I was in a different time zone I miss an appointment and her staff was very rude to me, I asked to speak to the manager she said well if you didn't get an attitude they wouldn't get an attitude back and so basically was saying it was okay and didn't offer any help or resolution so I quit going there do not recommend it
Dr Cripe is amazing! His work is solid and aesthetically beautiful. He is very observant and responsive to patient comfort during procedures. Every time I’ve been there I’ve been impressed with the kindness, warmth, and professionalism of the staff.
