I know that my son and I are fortunate to have Dr.Vu because she is extremely diligent, knowledgeable, reliable, personable, and caring. I believe that I have the best GP there is. Dr. Vu is our family doctor, the doctor and nurses are nice, but most of time we couldn't reach out them easily. The phone call is the only way. They won't let you do anything by messages/email. I have to say every time you call them has to wait for years🤦, and they wouldn't pick up your call since 4:30pm, even 10:00am. Always waiting for the line, or the voice mail box isn't set up. Ever since we switched to Dr Vu, we have been very happy with the care we receive. She's detail-oriented and truly cares about her patients. We later transferred my whole family to her practice. Highly recommend
Dr Vu is great. But I can never get hold of the office. I spend so long on the phone trying to get through. It’s currently 3:37pm and their phone is set to ‘we’re out to lunch’. Their patient portal won’t let you message the doctor without them first messaging you. It’s incredibly frustrating.
Dr Vu was extremely thorough in the questioning and examination of my concern. She is caring and professional.
