Unpleasant, unproductive experience with the receptionist. Begins the conversation by gathering all your personal information, then tells you there's no availability for a month. Also, when I asked for appointment availability, I was given the hours of operation - laughable. O, then there were the 2-3 minute holds mid-conversation. I hope the doctor's competence makes up for the receptionist's lack there of. Now here's an use case for an AI assistant.
If you need a dentist, Dr. Sie would be a great choice, me and my family had been patients there for a long time and always been happy with her work.
Very, very nice! Went with a friend who is terrified of getting the shots. She cried and shook like a leaf. Dr. Sie was so kind and gentle. She was so nice that I decided to make an appointment for myself. Dr Sie laid out a total dental plan with the exact cost at every step. Long story short, 3 weeks later she pulled 3 of my teeth. I developed a problem and they were out of the office for their vacation week. I left a message, Dr. Sie called back within 10 min. How awesome!!! Problem solved. She was so kind!!!
An overall horrible experience. Christine Sie is an extremely rude and condescending Dentist. I will definitely not be returning.
