Dr Christine Savage is a god sent. My sister Carla was having a hard time finding a rheumatologist locally she heard about Dr Savage and it has been life-changing she went from being in excruciating pain everyday to no pain. I'm very thankful that she found such a good doctor and I just wanted to do a review to put it out there for people that are suffering and can't find a good rheumatologist.
Medical assistant for Dr Savage communicates to patients with a rude, aggressive tone that is unacceptable. Level of patient care, compassion and follow through with professionalism has significantly declined. If you have other options for Dr offices, highly consider using another Doctor for care. This office eventually gets the job done but it’s certainly not a pleasant, positive or patient-forward experience dealing with this office
I drove 1.5 hours to see Dr. Savage. I've sat on this for a while, but something needs to be said to improve her practice. My appointments were urgent. At her office, she said "no need to call, we will call you to follow up in a few months." No call. I've never seen something like this. I thought it was something new that doctors were doing? Beware of this practice!! I will be getting in touch with the state to complain about Dr Savage and her horrible and unprofessional staff and Dr .Dr Savage refuses to call me back to discuss my bloodwork results. If You want an intelligent and caring doctor stay away from this practice.!!!!!!!!
Worst doctors office. Dr. Savages medical assistant is the worst human being. She is unethical, rude, nasty, and needs to be fired. She refused to help me get an appointment, meanwhile no one answers their phone. She hung up on me, and laughed at me. She has a nasty voicemail that says she is not answering her phone for 2 weeks and told me it’s the holidays. How about your a doctors office and that’s not an excuse? Horrible person.
