I really enjoy teaching my patients about their health and try to always take the time to explain what is going on inside the body. This is especially important for issues like blood pressure, where the patient may feel fine, yet are being told they need to take medication. I try to always remember my own personal experiences as a patient and as the mother of a child with special needs and treat every patient with the respect, compassion, and excellence in care that they deserve.
