It has been almost 15 years but I remember it as one of the worse doctors I've encountered. I'm not someone who remembers people but she stuck out that bad. If you are helpful, I don't even care if your rude but I can't abide unprofessional. She was seeing my son, barely looked at the chart and announced the problem was migraines. WARNING Zero stars! she put my TUBES IN BACKWARDS. I'm just sending out a warning about this doctor (if you can call her that) I went to her to get tubes put in my ears and it was 1. unprofessional because she was more concerned about training the student on site then performing the procedure correctly and 2. she put the tubes in the wrong way! this was confirmed by another ear doc that I had to go see because I was experiencing pain long after dr. Bad experience.
Each encounter I’ve had with Dr. Lepoudre has been extremely pleasant. She has this charisma about her that puts my mind at ease. I got my tonsillectomy done at the beginning of September. She did such a wonderful job! The same day I was bleeding and had to get cauterized. I stayed overnight at the hospital and also felt very comforted by the nurses there. Then came my follow up appointment and Dr. Lepoudre was able to explain to me exactly why I was bleeding, gave me tips on how to get those scabs off in a healthy way and j... read more
