I have seen her many times, she was fine. However, I had a very bad experience in regard to my last visit. I had to wait for about two hours pass my appointment time between the lobby and the exam room, then a training staff came in who did not even take any input or exam me, then Dr. Jellis came in, she did not exam me either. We just spoke about about wasting my time, and had to leave. Amazingly, I saw a full report written by the staff or trainee and also signed by doctor Jellis. Dr. Jellis was on call when my husband was admitted to the clinic. Her professionalism, her knowledge, and common sense approach was refreshing. She explained things in a we could understand and was very open to working with our situation so my husband could get back to work. I would recommend Dr. Jellis to anyone looking for a cardiologist. Excellent care and excellent doctor!
Christine Jellis, MD PhD is an excellent cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic. I found her to be knowledgable, caring, informative, and a considerate professional. On my recent visit to the Clinic, she went the last mile by staying over to review lab test with me at the end of a very long day. I wish there were more physicians with Dr Jellis's attributes and impeccable bedside manner.
